Elizabeth : a miracle story
This post has been 6 months in the making and I can't contain my joy in finally sharing this incredible miracle story of our dear friends, Thomas and Caitlin.
Meet Elizabeth Jane. She was born at 24 weeks gestation, just under one pound. "Princess Elizabeth" as we lovingly call her, had her own way of doing things as she's learned how to live and breathe without assistance from tubes and nurses. There were multiple times we were called to prayer because she wasn't expected to survive the next few hours or days. HALLELUJAH, we can declare -- the Lord brought this precious baby girl through 6 months in a hospital and she is finally at home with her wonderful parents and thriving at a whopping 10lbs, 4oz :)
Below is a short photo essay of Elizabeth's last 6 months, from the times I was able to visit her in the hospital and since she's been home. We are so thankful for the AMAZING nurses and doctors who took care of her at Baylor. Every time I see this beautiful face, I can't help but proclaim that the Lord is good.
